Grappling and MMA superstar Shinya Aoki shows how to pull off a cool choke from the knees position. Not to be confused with the Peruvian necktie, the Japanese necktie is basically a rolling guillotine that kind of reminds me of a brabo or D' Arce choke except that you sit to the opposite direction.
Greg Jackson, a world-class MMA trainer based in New Mexico, breaks down an effective version of the arm bar from guard. The method he shows for isolating your opponent's arm by pummeling through with the underhook then clamping down on the arm right above the elbow is highly effective.
